The Center for Unified Biometrics and Sensors (CUBS)
The Center for Unified Biometrics and Sensors (CUBS) will advise the CiyaSoft technical team on achieving state of the art Handwriting Recognition OCR, based on the Hidden Markov Model (HMM) and Neural Network (NR) to resolve the ambiguity of character recognition in Arabic-Based Languages.
CUBS and CiyaSoft will work in a collaborative model, on various research areas on Arabic Handwriting Systems. CUBS will bridge academia and industry to design and develop, a state of the art handwriting recognition system, fostering cross-disciplinary programs of research, education, community outreach, industry collaboration, and technology transfer.
CiyaSoft plans to fund CUBS, to conduct research for writing accent verification, writing style class (WSC), enhancement and signature verification.
